Page 112, heading Loose Ends: There is a discussion on Doug Burns’ blog about the point discussed in this section. Iwon’t comment on it further here, other than adding that if I can manageto squeeze it into the reprint, I shall change the last sentence of the finalparagraph to look something like:
“If you have used the technique discussed in the previous sectionfor correcting the effect ASSM hason the clustering_factor,then compacting tables may well nullify the effort …”
