Windows 2008 安装失败：verify that you have suffcient privileges to install system services

Windows 2008 版本安装 Cloud Insight 探针时，没有安装成功，此时，可以打开事件查看器，在 Windows 日志中查看错误应用程序，出现如下图错误

此时需要安装 vc_redist，目前只支持2008版本。 64位下载地址，32位下载地址然后重启探针即可。
